Stay Safe While Using Tethamove Equipment

Use Guide

  1. Remember to seek medical advice before starting any exercise program. Stop exercising immediately if you feel chest pain, faint, have trouble breathing, or experience discomfort.
  2. Get clear instructions from a qualified trainer. Only use the equipment for intended exercises.
  3. Do not stand with both feet on the edge of the reformer. Step onto the secured wooden standing platform before placing one foot onto the carriage. Always keep one foot on the secured wooden standing platform.
  4. Do not use the equipment if it looks worn, broken, or damaged. Do not try to repair the equipment yourself without contacting Tethamove Pilates.
  5. When using springs on the vertical frame, make sure spring clips are fully closed at both ends. A spring clip that is only half-closed risks coming undone and detaching with high force.
  6. When using the push-thru bar with springs attached from below, a trained professional must always keep a hand on the bar, and the safety chain must be attached.
  7. Keep your body, clothing, and hair away from all moving parts.
